FloCombat ranks the top 20 North American featherweight MMA prospects for July 2018.

Rankings based off the following...

  • North American fighters only. For example, Thiago Moises wouldn't qualify for these rankings despite training in the U.S.
  • No fighters that have fought for or who are set to fight for the UFC.
  • Fighters competing on Dana White's Contender Series included.
  • No long-term Bellator fighters or champions. Exceptions for some preliminary fighters.
  • All fighters aged 30 and under.
  • Rankings based off age, record, and level of competition.

#1 – Andre Harrison (18-0)

Harrison has the most impressive record on these rankings (in any weight class) as he earned his 18th straight win at PFL 1 on June 7, taking out UFC veteran Tuerxun Jumabieke by unanimous decision. 

#2 – Kevin Aguilar (14-1)

Aguilar recently knocked out Thanh Le at LFA 40 to unify the LFA featherweight title. He’s now slated to face Joey Gomez July 10 at Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series.

#3 – Bryce Mitchell (9-0) 

Mitchell was ousted from The Ultimate Fighter Season 27 tournament as he lost by unanimous decision to Brad Katona in an exhibition bout. The 23-year-old has finished eight of his nine career opponents. 

#4 – Jason Soares (11-0) 

Soares has finished nine of his eleven career opponents, including Luis Gomez who he defeated at Titan FC 49 to capture the promotion's featherweight title. 

#5 – Nate Jennerman (12-3) 

Jennerman has won three straight fights by submission and seven of his last eight fights. The Roufusport product is coming off a submission victory over Kevin Croom June 1 at LFA 41.
