New England's finest mixed martial artists are back in action Saturday, April 15, at CES 43: Future Stars Series.
In the night's main event, Pedro "The Beast" Gonzalez (11-5), who lives just five minutes from the venue, takes on BJJ ace Bruno "Jacare" Dias (19-9). This represents a make-or-break fight for Gonzalez, as he's won four straight by finish but made a promise to himself he'd make it to the UFC by 30 or retire. He turns 30 in November.
Also on the card is Sityodtong Boston stud Rico Disciullo (6-1) who looks to rebound from his first and only career defeat. A training partner and close friend of UFC featherweight Charles Rosa, Disciullo always brings the heat inside the cage.
On the prospect front, one of the fastest-rising fighters in the northeast, Connor "Bareknuckle" Barry returns and looks to move to 4-0 against 17-fight veteran Andrew Osborne.
