Iron Tiger Boxing Series streamed live on FloCombat Saturday, July 28, bringing a high-octane night of fights with it. Here's what went down.

Iron Tiger Fight Series made a splash during its inaugural appearance on FloCombat, going back-to-back with IT Fight Series 83 Friday night and IT Boxing Series Saturday evening.

The first event brought plenty of action inside the realm of MMA, while Saturday's showcase focused on the sweet science.

In the night's main event, Antonio Nieves and Christian Esquivel squared off—and this one never made it close to the judges' scorecards.

While the commentators were none too happy with the action—or lack thereof—early, Nieves came out firing in Round 4, dropping Esquivel with a beautiful combination to the body and the head. Walking his opponent down, Nieves unleashed a flurry, and that was all it took.

With the win, Nieves snaps a two-fight losing streak and improves to 18-2-2.

Before Nieves and Esquivel took the ring, middleweights Travis Jerig and Jamie Walker scrapped it out for six hard-fought rounds. The less experienced Jerig was game from the jump, pressuring Walker and initiating plenty of exchanges throughout the fight.

The two spent a considerable amount of time in the clinch and dirty boxing, with Walker coming out on the winning end time and again. While Jerig never backed down, Walker was simply too strong, too polished, and too experienced throughout the bout, taking home a unanimous decision.

Following the decision, the ring announcer informed the crowd Walker's next fight would be contested for the NABP middleweight championship.

Also on the card, Scott Sigmon took on Nick Kisner for the NABP cruiserweight championship, and the two put on a show for fans from the opening bell.

Kisner put on a crafty display of boxing, repeatedly baiting Sigmon into his range to batter him with shots from all angles. Never backing down, Sigmon continued pressing forward throughout the bout, but Kisner was sharper, crisper, and more precise time and again, beating his opponent to the punch and winning the exchanges.
