Muay Thai Grand Prix brought Lion Fight 43 to FloCombat Saturday, July 7—and the fights delivered nonstop action for fans across the globe.

In the night's main event, Liam Harrison took on Charlie Peters in a Muay Thai super fight, while Eric Rocha stepped in on week’s notice to take on Michael Pham in the co-main event, marking a double dose of Muay Thai goodness at the top of the card.

The main event certainly didn’t disappoint, as Liam Harrison and Charlie Peters put on a Muay Thai clinic. Both men started out cautious, respecting each other’s power in the opening two rounds. Peters then started to throw more combinations and clinched with Harrison, pushing him back as Harrison continued to throw his vicious leg kicks.

Rounds 3 and 4 saw much of the same thing, with Peters continuing to pressure Harrison with his left hook and jab. Harrison slipped and got dropped with a left straight by Peters, at the end of the fourth—arguably the most devastating shot of the fight.

The final round saw Harrison up the aggression, pressuring Peters with his leg kick and left hook combination. It wasn’t enough, though, as Peters won over the judges and took home a unanimous decision over the highly favored Liam Harrison.

In the co-main event, Eric Rocha took on Michael Pham.

It didn’t take long for Michael Pham to make his name known, dropping Rocha with a left high kick immediately. Rocha stood up quickly, not taking advantage of the eight count. Pham then poured on the pressure and threw another high kick that stunned Rocha before knocking out him with a spinning back elbow in Round 1.

With the shot, Pham added another highlight reel-knockout to his resume.
