Someone's "0" had to go in the main event at Lion Fight 39.

The battle of unbeatens between Chip Moraza-Pollard and Jordan Smith capped off a solid night of fights from London's 02 Arena. Both men carried flawless records into the tilt, but one man was going to suffer the first loss of his career as they battled for the MTGP cruiserweight title.

And it was Moraza-Pollard who will keep his undefeated record intact after Lion Fight 39.

The American stalked and battered Young through the opening two rounds and opened a cut open on the defending Lion Fight champion's face. Moraza-Pollard repeated this process with little resistance from Smith as he simply had no answers for what the Massachusetts native brought to the table.

Moraza-Pollard was methodical and technical in his attack, and it was more than enough to get the job done.

The end results was a clear victory for Moraza-Pollard as he becomes one of the most decorated champions under the Lion Fight banner.
