Iron Tiger Fight Series 86 Full Preview, How To Watch On FloCombat

Friday night, one of the Midwest’s most thrilling promotions, Iron Tiger Fight Series, returns for it’s 86th installment of face-punching action.

Live from the Arnold Fitness Expo in Columbus, Ohio, thousands of visitors to the festival will be treated to an early evening of exhilarating live competition.

The good news for the rest of the world outside of Columbus -- you don’t have to be in Columbus to watch!

We’ve got you covered here on FloCombat, as we will be streaming the card in its entirety starting at 7pm ET.

In the main event, two undefeated up-and-comers collide at 155 pounds.

Finally ready to return after over a year of inactivity, The Ultimate Fighter 27: Undefeated’s Jose Martinez Jr. will square off with fellow Ohioan TJ Rigel.

While his stint on The Ultimate Fighter didn’t end in a six-figure contract, Martinez Jr. impressed fans around the world with his grit, toughness, and heart in a nationally broadcasted decision loss to “Violent Bob Ross” Luis Pena.

His opponent, 29-year-old TJ Rigel, is riding back-to-back decision victories since turning pro in early 2018. Prior to making the leap up to the professional ranks, Rigel dominated on the regional scene, winning six of seven amateur bouts.

Before the main event participants make the walk, former Ohio State University wrestling standout Mark Martin returns for his third professional MMA bout, when he takes on eight-fight veteran Travis Hussey.

Last competing at V3Fights 71, Martin dropped a highly controversial split decision to opponent Yemi Oduwole. While Oduwole promised Martin an immediate rematch on the microphone following the bout, it looks like the 25-year-old welterweight has decided to go in a different direction.

Outside of the five-fight professional main card, a stacked undercard of amateurs is bound to thrill viewers in typical IT Fight Series fashion.

The Iron Tiger women’s amateur flyweight and men’s amateur lightweight straps will be on the line. At 155 pounds, Michael Arrieta battles Ryan Santana before Angelica Martinez takes on Jayde Sheeley.
