Coming live from the Plymouth Memorial Auditorium in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Cage Titans FC 40 features five title fights and a healthy dose of New England’s finest amateur and professional fighters.

Let's get to the juice.

A Bad-Blood Title Fight

In the evening’s main event, the Cage Titans pro bantamweight title is on the line.

The rivalry has been building between champion Johnny “Cupcakes” Campbell (16-9) and challenger Jay Perrin (6-3) since the fight announcement was made in January. Saturday night, any debate will finally be put to rest.

Campbell is riding a five-fight winning streak entering his clash with Perrin. The Whitman, Massachusetts, native has competed professionally since 2010, fighting for a handful of different organizations such as WSOF, Titan FC, and CES MMA.

Sitting on a three-fight winning streak of his own, Hudson, New Hampshire’s Perrin looks to pick up the biggest win of his career. The Sityodtong team member is undefeated inside the Cage Titans cage and will look to keep the ‘0’ on his record intact Saturday evening.

Jeff Perez Returns

The Cage Titans 40 co-main event features a featherweight clash between Jeff Perez and Seth Basler. Undefeated through three pro bouts, Wareham’s Perez is coming off of back-to-back submission victories.

His opponent, the 27-year-old Basler, has had both ups and downs in his MMA career thus far. The Illinois native has faced tough opposition, including UFC veteran Manny Bermudez and Contender Series veterans Rico DiSciullo and Yazan Hajeh.

The headlining and co-headlining participants won’t be the only two hot prospects competing on the card though...

Hot Fire Fills Out Fight Card

Earlier on the main card, surging youngsters Randy Costa, Zach DiSabatino, and Danielle Hindley will look to keep their undefeated records alive.

A training partner of UFC lightweight legend Joe Lauzon, Costa brought the party at Cage Titans 39 earlier this summer. Friends, family, and fans from all over New England aggregated cageside, forming one of the rowdiest crowds in New England regional history. The 24-year-old bantamweight will look to reignite the crowd’s energy when he faces pro debutant Kenny Lewis Saturday.

Before Costa makes the walk to the cage, his fellow Massachusetts native, DiSabatino, will take center stage.

In four professional bouts, DiSabatino has never seen the judges’ scorecards—and he's never lost, either. Looking to snap DiSabatino’s winning streak will be Vermont’s Johnny Adams.

One of New England’s finest female talents, Danielle Hindley will seek her third straight submission when she takes on Vanessa Maries Grimes.

So. Much. Gold.

Four (yes, four) amateur titles are on the line on the preliminary portion of the card.

In the amateur headliner, a champion-versus-champion showdown between Matt Bienia and Chris O’Brien will go down with the 155-pound title on the line.

O'Brien, the Cage Titans king, always brings the heat, putting on some of the most entertaining bouts in Cage Titans history. In his last effort, O'Brien put on a Fight of the Year contender vs. Chris Sniger at Cage Titans 37 in January. He will look to build upon that momentum against Bienia, who is coming off a slick armbar in his last outing.

Cage Titans Flyweight Champion Mitch Raposo will then have his hands full when he takes on the always entertaining William Graustuck, while welterweight strap-holder Trevor Gudde looks to defend his title against challenger Neil Von Flatern and featherweight standouts Kenny Champion and Aaron Hughes will compete for the vacant strap.

Who will take home gold Saturday evening and move one step closer to the big stage like Cage Titans alums Manny Bermudez and Joe Giannetti?

There only one way to find out. The action begins live at 6 PM ET on FloCombat.com
