Title Tilts Top Card At Dynasty Combat Sports 39: New Year's Knockouts

The Midwest is known for producing hard-nosed scrappers, and one of the fastest-rising promotions in the region plans to kick things off the right way. Dynasty Combat Sports 39: New Year's Knockouts is set to stream live and exclusively this Saturday night on FloCombat at 9 ET, with an action-packed card topped with amateur championship tilts in Kearney, NE.

The main event will feature hometown favorite Jose Hernandez as he steps in against the grit and experience of fellow featherweight Nate Morrow.

Hernandez has won four of his five showings inside the cage and has quickly built a reputation for his ability to finish his opposition. Morrow’s career has been somewhat of a roller coaster since his debut, but he’ll have a chance to turn things around in a big way against Hernandez on Saturday night. There is championship gold on the line, and when there are added stakes factored in, the fighters involved always bring the ruckus.

To further prepare for the bout, you can check out some of Hernandez's work from Legion Combat Sports 26 right here.

In a last-minute switch-up, bantamweight newcomer Helio Villegas will square off with Brandon Trout in the co-main event on the card.

Villegas has experienced mixed results in his first two showings under the bright lights, but his most recent performance resulted in a TKO finish back in November. He’ll be facing a far more experienced opponent in Trout, who has proven his willingness to stand and trade at every turn.

In fact, the only losses Trout has suffered in his career have come by way of submission, and it doesn’t seem likely the action will hit the canvas unless one of the fighters hand delivers his opponent to the dirt.
