The Return of Junie Browning

During season eight of "The Ultimate Fighter," there were a handful of memorable moments. But all of them surrounded infamous lightweight contestant Junie Browning.

Browning, who's fighting Jeremy Myers (5-14) at 170 pounds on Saturday, was most known for his antics outside of the cage on the reality show. His laundry list of memorable incidents included trying to fight current UFC light heavyweight Ryan Bader, storming the cage after his teammate lost, and spitting on a black belt in front of the legendary Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira.

The polarizing Kentucky native terrorized the TUF house so much that Dana White had to call a fighters' meeting regarding whether or not to keep him on the show.

On the show, Browing (4-6) was beaten by the season's eventual winner, Efrain Escudero. From there, Browning went 1-1 in the UFC. This Saturday will mark his first fight since 2012.

His opponent, Myers, is also coming off a long layoff, as the bout with Browning will be his first fight in two years.

Will Browning notch his first win in seven years, or will Myers spoil the Kentucky fighter's homecoming?

Kentucky's Best Middleweight

Billy Horne has been a staple of Kentucky's MMA scene for quite some time. The 39-year-old fighter has been throwing down since 2003, and he may finally be on the cusp of signing with a major promotion.

On Saturday night at Hardrock MMA 84, Horne (17-4) competed in the main event against fellow veteran Michael Cockerham (9-15).

A win for "Mojo" Horne will mark the seventh in a row for the Cincinnati-based fighter and could put him in good standing with a top-tier organization like Bellator.

During his winning streak, Horne only went to the judges' scorecards twice, winning both by unanimous decision. He submitted his four other opponents, all in the first round.

On the other side of the cage, Cockerham is coming off a first-round submission victory in his last outing, but prior to that, the middleweight dropped his last four. The Kentucky native is looking for his first back-to-back wins since 2014.

Will the crafty veteran earn his seventh victory in a row or will Cockerham spoil his run? You know how to find out.

Two Gold Belts on the Line

Before the five-fight pro main card, Hardrock MMA is showcasing the promotion's next stars with 14 amateur fights capped off by two title fights.

The first of these two championship bouts is everyone's favorite matchup in the game: amateur heavyweights.

Deven Boxx (2-1) will take on fellow Kentucky native Justin Goodin (2-1) for the heavyweight strap. Both fighters are looking to get back into the win column after dropping their last fights.

Then, it's a battle of the unbeaten for the 145-pound championship, as Zack Baker (5-0) faces Seth Dixon (3-0) in the amateur main event.

Baker, who has fought at bantamweight in the past, is coming off a 28-second KO win in his last outing. In Dixon's last fight, he won the Gladiator Promotion ammy 145-pound title.
