Presented by the Ogle, Elrod and Baril Law Firm, this 19-fight card features some of Tennessee's top professional and amateur combatants as they fight for a cause.

Previously, Valor has contributed to the career growth of UFC fighters such as Scott Holtzman, Heather Jo Clark, Josh Samman, Cortney Casey, and more.

Friday's Valor Fights 32 event will benefit Fighting For Autism, a charitable organization which uses fighting as a platform to raise awareness and support for those living with or affected by autism.

"Working with Fighting for Autism is something we take great pride in being a part of,” Valor Fights President Tim Loy said. “Autism has affected many people within the mixed martial arts industry. The great athletes and sponsors have gone above and beyond to help raise awareness. We look forward to raising money and entertaining our great fans all in one night.”

Holtzman will join recent UFC light heavyweight title challenger Ovince Saint Preux and World Wrestling Entertainment superstar Kane at the event, giving those in the Knoxville area plenty of reason to show up and support their local fighters.

If you can't make it in person, though, there's still plenty of reason to tune in—and you can catch every fight right here on FloCombat.com. We'll stream the entire fight card live for FloCombat Pro members, bringing Tennessee's best fighters to wherever you may be.

Here's why you should watch Valor 32.

1. Nineteen Fights. 19.

Look, you're here, so we already know you like MMA. One does not simply stumble upon FloCombat's Valor 32 preview. The typical UFC card gives you 12 or 13 fights. Valor 32 features 19 fights! This is like getting dessert for free with purchase of an entrée.

2. Steven New vs. Nick Gehrts

The night's main event pits "Showtime" Steven New (5-1) against "Slick" Nick Gherts (5-2). Both of these lightweights are ranked in the top-10 in the state of Tennessee, and they're going to be hungry for victory Friday night.

New has won four straight, his latest a second-round submission of Dustin Walden at Valor Fights 26 in September. He was then scheduled to face Adam Townsend at Valor Fights 32 before Townsend dropped off the card with an injury. Another dominant victory Friday, and New may get the call to compete at the next level.

Gehrts looks forward to playing the spoiler, though. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu standout Gehrts trains alongside Saint Preux at Knoxville Martial Arts Academy, something that will give him supreme confidence and a hometown edge.

3. The Next Star

It's a treat to watch regional standouts become household names at the highest level. With Valor Fights, you have an open invitation to get in on the ground level with these future stars.

It could be an amateur just getting acclimated to life inside the cage. It could be one of the professionals who is already recognized on the local stage. That's the appeal of regional fighting. There's a chance anybody could emerge and take over the town, attracting the attention of the big dogs in the process.

The next Saint Preux or Holtzman could very well be fighting Friday night at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium, and you can watch them from the comfort of your home.

4. Speaking of the next star…

Tyler "Sexy Legs" Hunley (4-0) faces Kodey "Juicebox" Gulley (5-1) in professional bantamweight action. Ranked third and second in the state, respectively, each of these fighters is primed for a breakout.

Making the bout even more intriguing, though, is the fact that it's a rematch. Gulley choked out Hunley as an amateur, and "Sexy Legs" undoubtedly wants revenge. He'll need to figure out how to puncture the "Juicebox" this time around if he hopes to maintain his spotless record.
