UFC 212 took place this past Saturday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and saw Max Holloway stop Jose Aldo in the main event to unify the featherweight championship.

While fighters like Holloway and Claudia Gadelha made statements on Saturday evening, other fighters put on disappointing outings and are now in danger of keeping their spot on the UFC roster. Here are five fighters on the preverbal "Hot Seat" post-UFC 212.

Nate Marquardt - (lost to Vitor Belfort via Unanimous Decision)

Perhaps unfairly placed at the top of the list is Nate "The Great" despite the majority of media members believing he defeated Belfort on Saturday night. Still doesn't change the fact that the 38-year-old is 3-8 in his last 11-fights, with two of those wins (James Te-Huna and Tamdan McCrory) coming against fighters no longer on the UFC roster. Marquardt (35-18-2) is also in one of the deepest divisions in the UFC and could be seen as expendable especially with his age. Don't be surprised if the UFC once again cuts ties with the former Strikeforce champion.

Oluwale Bamgbose - (lost to Paulo Borrachinha via TKO (Punches) at 1:06, RD. 2)

Despite putting on an entertaining fight with Borrachinha, the "Holy War Angel" now finds himself with a 1-3 in the UFC suffering another setback on Saturday night. Bambose (6-3) entered the UFC in 2015 with a perfect 4-0 record, but has since lost to Uriah Hall, Cezar Ferreira and the aforementioned Borrachinha. The 29-year-olds lone victory in the octagon came against Daniel Sarafian at UFC Fight Night 83, a middleweight who is no longer with the promotion. As noted with Marquardt, Bambose may find himself out of a job in the near future with the middleweight class being one of the more stacked divisions for the promotion.

Erick Silva - (lost to Yancy Medeiros via TKO (Punches) at 2:01 RD. 2)

Silva (19-8-1) suffered his fourth knockout loss in the UFC and his second in his last three fights. The Brazilian was once thought to be a future title challenger in the welterweight division, instead he's currently on a 1-3 slide with losses to Neil Magny, Nordine Taleb and Medeiros. The loss dropped him 7-7 in the UFC and six of his seven wins are against fighters who no longer compete in the UFC. His popularity in Brazil may save his job with the Las Vegas based promotion, but he's no longer a threat in the welterweight division.

Johnny Eduardo- (lost to Matthew Lopez via TKO (Punches) at 2:57, RD. 1)

The Nova Unao product has now dropped two of his last three fights and at 36-years of age becomes an expendable member of the UFC's bantamweight division. Eduardo (28-11) has also been fairly inactive, with this being just his fifth fight in five years. Like many of the fighters on this list, the majority of his UFC victories are against fighters no longer on the roster including Jeff Curran and Manvel Gamburyan. With a 3-3 record in the octagon, don't' be surprised if the Brazilian earns his pink slip in the near future.

Jim Wallhead - (lost to Luan Chagas via Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) at 4:48, RD. 2)

"Judo" remains winless in the UFC after Saturday night, suffering his fourth-career loss by submission. Wallhead (29-11) joined the UFC last year on a four-fight win streak, but has now dropped back-to-back fights against Jessin Ayari and Chagas. The UK welterweight fighter may hold on for a third-fight in the octagon for another overseas event, however at 33-years old he may be handed his pink slip this week.
