Highly touted U.K. prospect Jack McGann steps back in action at EFN 62 on March 31 in Moscow, Russia. He drops to featherweight and takes on UFC veteran Levan Makashvili in a high profile bout for the organization.

His thoughts on his opponent Makashvili and how he envisions the fight playing out

"Makashvili had a respectable UFC career. All of his fights in the organization were close. He represents himself well in the UFC and all other promotions. He has had top fights all around the world. He recently beat Rasul Mirzaev in a close bout. They were supposed to have a big rematch after his upset win over Rasul. Unfortunately Rasul got attacked at his house in the New Year. He will be out of the game for a few months. I am stepping in for this big fight at featherweight. That's how the fight came to be."

"As soon as the ref says 'go' I will look for the knockout straight away. I've knocked out ten of my opponents so far. On the night of the fight I will be the bigger man, the younger man and it will show when I get an early finish."

When he realized he had game changing knockout power

"My first few fights were just builder fights, so the competition wasn't amazing. I was getting knockouts and I was like 'Yeah, well, I was just lucky.' When the competition stepped up and it kept happening, I knew I had something here."

On fighting grown men as a teenager

"I had my first fight when I was 19. I fought on bigger shows when I was a kid. The whole fighting older guys didn't really play much on my mind. In the gym my dad used to make me spar in the gym with grown men. He would tell them to put it on me. He told them not to mess about. Every spar I had ever done was a fight for my life, more or less. When it came time to do it for real it didn't faze me. The reason I have the fight style I do today is because I did used to spar so hard as a kid. I'm lucky in the regard."
