The commentators promised ruckus in the main event between Ed West and Glen Baker at WFF 34 and that’s exactly what unfolded in Wild Horse Casino in Chandler, AZ.

West came into the tilt with a solid bit of momentum due to a three-fight winning streak and determined to stunt the progression of his young opponent. “Bad Boy” had built up some buzz of his own leading into Saturday as back-to-back victories inside the cage sparked talk of a future fighting on bigger stages.

That said, in order to move toward brighter lights Baker needed to defeat a savvy veteran and he put forth the performance necessary to do so on Saturday night. That didn’t happen.

West wasted zero time taking the fight to the canvas where he took Baker’s back and closed out the fight moments later. The performance was quick, efficient and strong in the pure veteran style West brings to the table. Furthermore, West also picked up WFF gold for his troubles.
