Vitor Belfort To Train At Tristar Gym For UFC 212 Bout vs. Nate Marquardt
MMA legend Vitor Belfort will train at the esteemed Tristar Gym for his UFC 212 bout against Nate Marquardt.

UFC legend Vitor Belfort is doing things a little bit differently ahead of his final fight as part of the UFC roster.
MMAJunkie recently confirmed that Belfort would hold his training camp in Montreal's famed Tristar gym for his UFC 212 fight against Nate Marquardt, which Belfort has promised will be the last of his career. According to MMAJunkie, Tristar head coach Firas Zahabi is expected to corner Belfort for his final fight.
Belfort is officially 1-3 (one no-contest) in his last five bouts, including a title shot loss to Chris Weidman, as well as losses to his Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza and Gegard Mousasi. All three losses came via knockout. His most recent fight against Kelvin Gastelum was originally a knockout loss but was overturned by the Brazilian commission after Gastelum tested positive for marijuana.
It's been a storied career for the Rio de Janeiro native, who entered the UFC Octagon for the first time at 19 years old. He stormed through the competition before meeting Randy Couture (a loss he eventually, sort of, avenged via doctor stoppage). He's spent time with PRIDE, Affliction, Strikeforce and Cage Rage, with UFC stints intermingled.
He holds victories over David "Tank" Abbott, Heath Herring, Couture, Matt Lindland, Rich Franklin, Michael Bisping, Luke Rockhold and Dan Henderson.
