Frankie Edgar is one of the hardest working men in the history of mixed martial arts.

While his resume speaks for itself, the fighting pride of Toms River, New Jersey has put in the gym hours to make sure he's ready for whatever may come his way inside the Octagon. And while his current abilities have kept him in the upper tier of multiple divisions for years, the push to keep progressing is what keeps Edgar such a dangerous foe on fight night.

Our in house gym rat and former wrestling standout Mark Bader was in attendance as "The Answer" put in time with World Champion Frank Chamizo and former NCAA Div. I national champion turned Oklahoma State assistant coach Zack Esposito. Bringing in elite wrestlers to sharpen the tools and grow skill sets isn't uncommon in MMA, but having this caliber of grind in a room is something worth noting.

Current UFC welterweight contender and all around grappling monster Demian Maia was also getting reps in the training session alongside 4X NCAA Div I champion Logan Stieber.
