The first two stops of the promotional tour for the upcoming mega fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor have been absolute insanity.

The pound-for-pound boxing great and the reigning UFC lightweight champion have engaged in trash-talk and grandstanding at a level never before seen in the history of combat sports. Stops in Los Angeles and Toronto saw the two superstars launch verbal jabs full throttle, as each made plenty of soundbite gold in the process.

Many in the MMA community saw Mayweather taking the opening round, while the quick-witted Irishman smashed the second stop hands down. Either way it was scored, the noise generated only served to build all the more anticipation for Thursday's stop in Brooklyn.

The undefeated boxing legend and charismatic Irishman would once again square off in a war of words. Granted, it took two hours just to get Mayweather and McGregor to the stage, but once they arrived, the fireworks began.
