Shawn Jordan's journey through athletics has taken him from the gridiron to the biggest proving grounds of mixed martial arts. The undersized and heavy-handed "Savage" has notched big wins and highlight reel finishes along the way, but it's been his easy going personality that has set him apart from the rest of the juggernauts in the heavyweight ranks.

The American Top Team product doesn't subscribe the typical mean mugging and posturing that so many of his peers taken on. Instead, Jordan flashes his big smile and enjoys the process of duking it out with another talented individual. The process of finding out who the better man is on a given night is something the former LSU fullback can get up for again and again, and he'll get the chance to do it for gold this weekend at World Series of Fighting 35.

In the most recent installment of "Rattling the Cage with Tony Reid," the fun-loving heavyweight talks about his journey past, present and future.
