Dana White said a matchup between UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Jessica Andrade was going to happen, and seemingly it didn't take long to put the fight together.

The news was originally reported by Sport.PL in Poland and sources close to FloCombat have confirmed the strawweight title tilt will go down at UFC 211 on May 13 in Dallas, Texas.

Jędrzejczyk will be returning to the site where she won the title in March 2015 at UFC 185 after defeating the inaugural champion, Carla Esparza. Since then, the Polish fighter has swept all competition aside and has successfully defended her title four times, including victories over the likes of Jessica Penne, Valerie Letourneau, and Claudia Gadelha.

The champion was last in action last November when she defeated her fellow Pole Karolina Kowalkiewicz at UFC 205 via unanimous decision at Madison Square Garden in New York. With a professional record of 13-0, Jędrzejczyk looks to rack up the 14th win of her career at the American Airlines Center on May 13 in a bout that will likely serve as a co-main event below a UFC heavyweight title fight between champion Stipe Miocic and Junior dos Santos.

If Jędrzejczyk is to retain the belt, she must defeat Brazilian Jessica Andrade (16-5), who has been unbeaten since moving down to 115 pounds. Andrade began her career in the UFC fighting at bantamweight. However, after suffering a defeat to Raquel Pennington at UFC 191 in September 2015, she made the decision to make the cut down and has been unbeaten ever since.

Having racked up wins against Penne, Joanne Calderwood, and last weekend Angela Hill, the Brazilian now finds herself in the first title fight of her career against an unbeaten Polish champion who's showed little sign of being toppled.

Who will prevail? It's all eyes on Dallas for the answer.
