KSW: The Big Preview and Strangest Staredown in History
If the end of the year didn't have enough major title fights already, Polish MMA outfit Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (KSW) are lining up another three title fights this weekend at KSW 37: Circus of Pain.

FloCombat is on the ground in Krakow, Poland this weekend so you won't miss a beat.

The Crazy Weigh-ins

The Polish rap sensation 'Popek' went for a more jovial approach to the weigh-ins, but there wasn't anything too friendly when it came to his staredown with Pudzianowski.

John Maguire and Borys Mankowski again played it pretty friendly though the Pole channeled his inner Street Fighter with the Hadouken.

The Big Preview

Big Fights With Big Men At The Top Of The Card

This weekend's card will be headlined by an exciting clash between hard-hitting heavyweights, as KSW champion Karol Bedorf (14-2) takes on Sao Paulo's knockout king Fernando Rodrigues Jr (10-2) with the KSW heavyweight title on the line.

If that wasn't enough big man action for a you, in the co-main event former 5-time World's Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski (9-5) battles the Polish Internet sensation and former Cage Rage heavyweight Pawel Rak (aka. Popek Monster) (2-1).

Can The Polish Zombie Do It?

Remember the TUF 22 Faber vs. McGregor series? Well if you do you may remember a familiar face.

KSW featherweight title holder Artur Sowiński (17-7) squares off against TUF veteran 'The Polish Zombie', Marcin Wrzosek (11-3,) who trains at Shark Top Team in Lodz under the highly-rated coach Lukasz Zaborowski.

Both men are highly durable standup fighters so the likelihood is this one goes long . A win for the 'The Polish Zombie' would him back amongst the elite in Europe, but to do that he has to get through Sowinski who's not been beaten since 2012. It's going to be a war and it goes down Saturday night.

An All-European Champion Versus Champion Superfight

An all-European champion versus champion European superfight will feature KSW welterweight champion Borys Makowski taking on the UK's Made4TheCage welterweight champion, John Maguire.

Maguire is a UFC veteran who last competed in the organization back in 2013. Since then, he has managed to go on an impressive run of five straight victories including a win over Colin Fletcher this year to capture the M4TC title. Maguire last competed at ACB 47 earlier this month when he defeated Kieran Malone via submission in the third round.

Known for his unique brand that he calls "Gypsy Jiu-Jitsu", Maguire is a man that is on a career resurgence and if captures the KSW title on December 3rd, he could well find himself back in the big leagues of the MMA world.

If the Brit is to achieve this goal he's going to have to go through a highly feared and recognized champion. Borys Makowski is no joke and like Maguire, the Pole is on a run of five straight victories that started at KSW 27: Cage Time in May 2014.

Makowski last competed back in London, England at KSW 32: Road to Wembley, where in front of a packed Wembley crowd he successfully defended his KSW international championship against American, Jesse Taylor. Makowski won the bout via guillotine choke in the first round and picked up his eighteenth win his career and his ninth inside the distance.

It's Going To Be Literally Bonkers Mate

To promote their event, KSW launched a controversial trailer that shows one-half of their co-main event, Pawel Rak, being arrested during an interview by a S.W.O.T team and being led away in a van.

While the whole thing may sound like a bit of cheesy stunt, it seems to have done the job with over 1 million YouTube views to date. Watch it below, it's bonkers.
